This Is Where We Gather
A Letter of Gratitude
Céad Míle Fáilte (a hundred thousand welcomes),
As the winter woods gather their quiet hush and the first slow snowfall threads silver through the pines, I want to pause here with you — with a full heart and deep gratitude.
Thank you for being here with me. For your presence, your responses, and the quiet time you spend in these pages — it matters more than words can fully hold.
Sanctuary exists as a caim — a circle of presence and protection — and every time you arrive here, you help hold it. This space lives because you return to it; it grows because you bring your attention, your curiosity, and your care into each turning season.
What I offer here — the invitations, pauses, and practices — is shaped and held together with you. In this unfolding sanctuary of season, story, and inner landscape, you are what makes the circle whole.
If you haven’t yet wandered into the Winter Woodland Playlist, may this be your gentle invitation to step into that soundscape — where hush and heart meet, where lantern light touches the snow-laced path. May it be a companion to your calm, your reflection, and your inner warmth on long winter evenings.

As you move through this season, may the blessing of light be upon you — light without and light within.
May warmth find you like a great peat fire in the dark,
and may the light you carry shine outward,
a candle in the window, quietly calling you — and others — home.
— Adapted from a traditional Irish blessing (Gaelic oral tradition)
With warmth and gentle gratitude,
Kim 💛✨

I love what you have created here, Kim! I wrote down some prompts in my journal to mull over from your last post which are very helpful. And deep!
But when I try to click on the playlist it tells me the link is expired? Has anyone else run into this issue?
Thank you for the daily reflections and playlist. They have been a regular part of my morning…a gentle way to start the day. And a reminder to pause in the midst of all the bustle of the season. And I have learned some things about myself through your invitations to reflect ❤️
